Sardón is produced from a selection of grapes growing on goblet-trained vines in several carefully-chosen plots along the Duero valley, in both Burgos and Valladolid, with the aim of creating a more aromatic and fresher wine than those usually found in the region. Vines are hand-harvested individually to ensure perfectly ripe fruit and an acidity which brings energy to the finished product.

Ribera del Duero in all but name, made with tinto fino (tempranillo) and small amounts of other varieties, like garnacha, cabernet sauvignon and malbec. This is big, bold and impressive Spanish wine with upfront fruit backed by velvety tannins.

Rest assured our storage areas are frequently sanitized multiple times throughout the day and during service. Our employees have been given all the tools and knowledge to ensure we play our part in helping in any way we can to fight the spread of the virus. 

We commit to ensure our customers' health and protection by enforcing the highest standards for proper sanitation in equipment, storage and packaging. We have also instructed delivery workers to drop the food off at a safe distance to reduce the risk of person-to-person transmission for both you and the delivery worker.
